These terms govern purchases on ecom-addons.com and the licence to use the products bought. By buying, you confirm that you have read and accept them. We recommend keeping a copy.

1. Seller

Oriol Martí Collell, self-employed professional with tax ID (NIF) 45859450H, at C/ Sant Valentí, 2, 4-2, 08221 Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain. Email: hello@ecom-addons.com. More details in the legal notice.

2. Products

We sell addons (modules) and themes for PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Drupal stores. They are digital content delivered by download from your account; nothing physical is shipped. Each product page lists its features, the compatible platform versions and the technical requirements. The same addon for two platforms is sold as two separate products, each with its own licence.

Before buying, check that the product is compatible with your store. If in doubt, write to us.

3. Price and payment

4. Purchase process and delivery

  1. Add products to the cart.
  2. Sign in or create an account.
  3. Review the order on Stripe’s payment page, where you will see the final price including taxes, accept these terms and pay.
  4. When the payment is confirmed, the licence is activated in your account and you can download the product immediately.

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We keep the order record, which you can see in your account. The contract can be concluded in English, Spanish or French.

5. Licence

When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual licence to:

To use the product on more production stores you need one licence per store. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the product, in whole or in part, or use it to create a competing product.

Where the platform’s licence (for example, the GPL for WordPress or Drupal) mandatorily applies to part of the code, that part is governed by that licence, and your purchase entitles you in any case to the downloads, updates and support described in these terms.

6. Updates and support

Each purchase includes:

When the 6 months of support end, the product keeps working and you can still download its new versions. Support is not renewable.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, under article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), that right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately when, before the purchase, you give your express consent for delivery to begin at that moment and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

That is why, before paying, the payment page asks you to tick a box by which you accept these terms, request immediate access to the product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the licence is activated in your account. The purchase cannot be completed without it. We confirm this in the order email.

If you buy as a business or professional, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

8. Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that the product works as described on its page with the platform versions listed as compatible. If it does not, tell us through a ticket or by email: we will fix the problem or, if that is not possible within a reasonable time, refund the amount paid for that product.

If you are a consumer, you also have the statutory conformity rights for digital content, which these terms do not limit.

We are not liable for failures caused by changes to the code, conflicts with third-party themes or modules, platform versions not listed as compatible, or incorrect installation or configuration.

9. Liability

We recommend backing up your store before installing or updating any product and testing it first in a staging environment.

If you buy as a business or professional, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data or indirect damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to consumers where the law does not allow it.

10. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for keeping your profile and billing details accurate. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently, and revoke the related licences in case of payment fraud or redistribution of the product.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force on the date it was made. Changes will not affect licences already bought to your detriment.

12. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction

If you have a problem, write to hello@ecom-addons.com and we will try to solve it. If you are a consumer, you can also contact the consumer protection services of your country.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction and you keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If you buy as a business or professional, the parties submit to the courts of Terrassa (Barcelona).
